I love all kinds of tea, and I drink it almost every day. But it's interesting to know that very few scientific studies have been completed to date. I still believe tea is generally good for us (at the very least, it calms my stomach and mind). I'm curious about how green tea compares to coffee in terms of health benefits (or at least claimed health benefits). I try to avoid coffee, mostly because I had assumed a higher caffeine content, but I'd love to learn how the two compare. Thanks for the great post!
